Before launching MCW Baits, Mike built another successful company, MCW Trailers, where he applied the same dedication and craftsmanship that now goes into every bait we produce. Fishing has always been more than a hobby for Mike, it’s a family tradition. He not only passed his passion down to his children but also shared it with their friends, taking them to compete in local children's fishing tournaments and teaching them the joys of the sport.
